CypherTax version 4 is here, the next generation of indirect tax management.
It's time to cut the cord and let our clients loose!
Since the creation of CypherTax in 2015, it’s use has been primarily as a shared service. Over the 6 years since its launch we have spent time evaluating how our clients use CypherTax so we could create a purely on-demand commercial system capable of managing the complete process.
The results of our efforts allows clients to manage every step, from data import to archiving. We've added functionality to make every aspect of CypherTax a nimble process, while increasing capabilities.
We made monthly processing a simplified and repeatable process. CypherTax is now capable of streamlining those recurring monthly close procedures using the latest in workflow automation and robotics.
While templates can still be used for existing data management, we've added technology to integrate new data streams quickly. The amount of time necessary to go from file to value has never been faster.
Updated architecture allows CypherTax to perform at levels that are specific to the organization. Performance improvements now allow clients to run concurrent processes without impacting the time necessary for completion. There is no limit on the number of reports, visuals, calculation processes, and exports that can be performed simultaneously.
CypherTax has a new UI, one that supports the changes in architecture and the ability to manage multiple processes at the same time. Those changes support both vertical and horizontal processes, where users can manage core processes for one function, and sub-processes for others. Users don't need to wait for functions to complete before moving on to the next, lowering the amount of time required to complete tasks.
