1. What is Tax Intelligence?

360º view of predictive tax information, enabling true planning and internally managed value
added activities for companies. The net result is reduced overpayments to suppliers,
improved cash flow, and material reduction of certain external consulting services. The
concept moves the bar from hindsight, to foresight.

2. Is this a one-time analysis?

Unlike others who offer some level of analytics as a service, CypherTax is meant to be an
ongoing process managed by the client, limiting some external services to mission-critical tax
planning activities, and even supporting the process to stop the errors identified.

3. Is my data safe?

Yes, your data is safe. The CypherTax team consists of several enterprise application
specialists that have been securing data using the latest industry standards for
several years.

4. How is CypherTax different than the options we’ve been using?

The difference is the technology. CypherTax looks at significantly more data than past
systems. Samples are now a thing of the past. The algorithms can be leveraged to make activities more efficient, and possibly eliminating some altogether.

5. Can our service provider still be leveraged with their institutional knowledge ?

Absolutely, in fact we prefer they be involved in the setup and maintenance going forward.
Their institutional knowledge is critical to the success, and they'll be able to shift focus to
other value added activities based upon the outputs.

6. How long does it take to get CypherTax set up?

Every company is different, and every company uses their financial systems differently. That
being said, the core CypherTax architecture was designed to be flexible, and use significantly more data than what's normally analyzed. That flexibility will limit the effort and timing.

7. How can I see a CypherTax demonstration?
