Leadership at the firm decided they wanted to put more of an emphasis on performing reverse audits instead of leveraging to firms they have relationships with, but they didn't have a good foundation for data management. After receiving a demonstration of how CypherTax works they decided to move forward with a pilot to test the waters.

That same afternoon, back at our CypherTax office, we loaded, mapped, and executed the redetermination. The following morning we prepared our visualizations to present the findings. We knew that with such limited knowledge of the data we could only hope for certain finds to sync with their prior efforts, but weren't we surprised.
We found one item worth close to $200K that was left out of the claim, something that could have easily been missed, but a linear graph showed a change in the data over time for a rule change that was missed. Their leadership couldn't believe we had that information the next day when the initial claim consumed over of month of resource time.
While CypherTax isn't expected to process claim data in a day, in some situations it may. This firm can now leverage the power of CypherTax and scale their business. The efficiency allows them to be more competitive also, both in timing and cost.
