General Updates

We were tired of seeing the same issues over and over during the last 25 years of tax system implementations. The issues weren't the tax systems but instead were problems inherent to the implementation process. In most cases, there was no way to completely address the many complexities of sales and use taxes. We decided forcing square pegs into round holes wasn't the best path forward.
